ED Piratewars Fun Cup

EnemyDown is hosting a fun cup on Tuesday 22nd December, with the first round starting at 19.30GMT (7:30pm UK time).

The map for this event is mg_piratewars. The cup will use the MR12 config with the cup being first team to 13 rounds wins.

ED & KGL Winter Cups

Next week two winter cups will be starting on ED and KGL.

The ED cup will be played on Tuesday the 15th of December at 7:30, 8:30 and 9:30 GMT and the KGL cup will be played over two nights starting Thursday 17th December and finishing on Sunday 20th December. The first two rounds take place at 8pm & 9pm on the Thursday night with the finals being on Sunday at 9pm.

XAC Update released

A new version of the XAC client has been released today.

  • Updated setup program to include latest version of DirectX Setup to work on Windows 7 without a crash
  • Updated the embedded component to make it properly clean up after itself.
  • Made Windows 7 appear as supported and removed the 'SP0' that was added, wrongly.
  • Updated a number of internally used libraries.
